My prefered neighborhood in Barcelona is El Born and especially the small streets around Calle Rec. This is where you find a very uniqe and outstanding concept called La Comercial. In my opininon, Barcelona’s (if not Spain’s) trend fashion and lifestyle mekka. One name, six stores, finest appareal, hippest accessories and dopest home decor (like black cuttlery). A place which was simply created with a passion to delight all our senses.
La Comercial operates in six neighbouring stores offering a wide, but carefully curated range of international men’s and women’s fashion labels, home accessories, fragrances and lifestyle items.
The idea was born some eleven years ago by Carlos del Barrio, a former retail professional with a trend-sniffing passion for fashion and lifestyle. First opening one store and than expanding the La Comercial brand whenever he saw the chance to get his hands on one of his neighbors properties. The different botiques are each a special place to enjoy and experience fashion. Finest items to be discovered in creative product orchestrations with attention to detail.
When you enter the door, you instantly feel that the people working here are not just in it for the money. They do live and love the concept. They understand what customers are looking for and propose the appropriate without getting on your nerves.
