Spazio Rossana Orlandi is a must visit once you are in Milan. Invented by former fashion designer Rosana Orlandi, it opened in 2002 in an abandoned tie factory in the Magenta neighborhood. Ever since it’s one of these places where it’s hard to decide if what you see is design or art. The only thing you feel is that what you see can become the next commercial trend. The spaces winds around a green courtyard, different levels, floors, rooms and niches let you feel like you are a design scientist. You find contemporary and vintage furniture in the gallery, a space dedicated to limited editions and unique pieces. Since from the start the aim was to forecast and promote young and upcoming designers, discovered all around the world.
